About Us

The South Dakota Motor Vehicle Recyclers Association was organized in 1987 to protect the interests and enhance the image of the professional automotive recycling industry in South Dakota. The Association works to inform and educate its members by providing the opportunity to meet others within the automotive recycling industry with whom we share common interests and goals.

The South Dakota Motor Vehicle Recyclers Association is an organization created to be a voice and resource for auto recyclers in South Dakota. Our members come from all over the state and represent a range of salvage yards big and small. Our goal is to develop South Dakota as a productive place to recycle automobiles all while protecting its valuable natural resources.
